This is a huge huge dealership, I only purchased clothes from there. The prices on the main floor are more decent than many other HD dealerships I’ve been to. And the clearance section is ENORMOUS. Very affordable for the most part. And they offer a little bit of everything. T shirts, leathers, hoodies, boots, and gifts. I always make sure I stop by whenever I get to Wisconsin. And I always leave with a few things. This last trip, two t shirts and a nice woman’s hoodie for about $85.00.

Bought my first Harley! What a great experience working with Erik Bacon and his crew.

I fried a front wheel bearing just down the road from them. I limped the bike over to them and they squeezed me in. They were very professional. They even pointed out that the Harley Davidson dealer who put my front tire on should have checked it. The bearing was bone dry. Thanks Wisconsin Harley, you guys rock!

I don't typically leave such long reviews, but... Top notch experience with Wisconsin Harley-Davidson! My wife and I walked in on Saturday, May 31st just to 'look' (you know how that goes 😉) and the first person we encountered was salesperson Erik Bacon. He took the time to answer all of my crazy questions and never once came across as pushy, just very knowledgeable and patient. Well, we walked out without a bike, but after eating decided to call and hold a 2022 Ultra Limited and said we would be back before closing. After traveling 45 minutes both ways we walked into the dealership at about 4:30pm (they close at 5:00pm). Not only did Erik set us up with a test ride, he didn't rush us even though they were closing in 30 min. After returning from the test ride we said we would take the bike and asked if we could take it home that day. Without hesitation Erik said that wouldn't be a problem. After getting the papers signed, Erik was STILL there waiting to walk me through the functions of this new bike and there was plenty to learn compared to what I was riding previously ( a 1999 Road King). He remained patient, answered all my questions and did so with a smile. By the time we were ready to saddle up and leave (about 6:00pm), Erik walked us out and locked the door behind him. I know I'm raving about Erik, and he sure deserves it, but our experience at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson, from walking in the door to signing the papers and then riding away was excellent! I recently bought a Sportster S, and I'm thrilled with how it all went, mostly thanks to Eric Bacon. Before coming to this dealership, I'd been to a few others where I either felt ignored or was pushed hard to look at bikes I wasn't interested in. It was pretty frustrating. Walking into this dealership was a totally different vibe. I spotted the Sportster S I wanted right away. Eric Bacon came over, and his approach was a welcome change. He was friendly and actually listened. He let me sit on the bike, and soon after, I got to take it for a quick spin out back to see how it felt. I recently broke my leg, which required significant surgery and a very long recovery period. So I decided to downsize from an Ultra Limited to a 2025 Heritage Classic. They even agreed to keep the bike for me for a few months until I am ready to receive it and start riding. Every step of the process was flawless. I bought my first ever brand new bike from WIHD. Mike my salesman was great, he explained everything and when I had questions regarding certain things he talked about, he would go into more detail. Because I'm a short person and have difficulty touching the ground, he and others at the dealership, helped me figure out the best way to achieve the proper footing. Mike taught me tips and tricks, which were very helpful when I went off on my first solo adventure. When picking up my bike, Mike was very patient with me, asking some of the same questions he already explained to me at an earlier visit. Overall, the experience I encountered with purchasing my new bike from WIHD was great, I couldn't have expected anything else. I recently purchased a brand new Street Glide from Wisconsin Harley. I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I’ve ever had!!! Over my many years, I have bought a lot of things and have never been treated so well! From the second I was approached by Erik, my sales guy, sitting down with Brian, the finance guy, being introduced to Shane in parts and Jeff in service-I was treated like absolute royalty. They even introduced my wife to the ladies who showed her around. I never felt pushed, rushed or pointed to a specific bike. There was never an ounce of “high pressure sales”! I recently purchased an Ultra from Wisconsin Harley in Oconomowoc, Wi. I was amazed with the excellent people who work there from sales to parts and accessories to service!! I just bought a new 2025 CVO Road Glide from Wisconsin Harley Davidson. The staff here is first rate. My sales guy Tony Shirmacher was extremely helpful, with no pressure. I highly recommend him! He constantly went above and beyond for me, helping me choose the right bike, having it special ordered, keeping me up to date on when it would be in stock, etc. When the bike came in, he spent considerable time going over all of the features and controls with me. He also arranged to have my trade-in picked up at my home, and the new bike delivered to my home. He also took me around to meet with some of the other staff members including Jeff in service. I had all of the service work and upgrades to my previous bike performed here, and the service department is top notch. I highly recommend this dealership for all your other needs too, including parts, accessories, and motor clothes.

Wisconsin Harley Davidson has been great. I came in with a motorcycle to have a once over done on it and they found out that the bike was in bad shape and needed a lot of work. So I decided that I should part ways with it, as it was not safe to ride anymore. With the help of Erik Bacon I was able to find an awesome replacement. He took the time to show me the many options that were there some were similar to the bike I had come in with and some where very different. I was not sure what to pick and there was no pressure at all I was able to take the time I needed to find the right fit for me. I liked a bike that I was not familiar with and Erik suggested a test drive and after that I was sure I had found the right bike! All in all my experience at Wisconsin Harley Davidson was Great! Everyone was very helpful from the service department all the way to the finance department they make you feel like part of the family and that was very nice.

My family has bought a total of 7 bikes from salesman Eric Bacon. I have nothing but great things to say about that man. If you are looking for a bike, I could not recommend a better salesman. Wisconsin Harley has been great to me I have been working with them for over 30 years. They have helped me with each bike I have purchased one CVO in 2005 and now the new 2024 CVO ST - black Raven road glide. I bought the bike from Bacon . He was extremely helpful and remarkably knowledgeable helping me from everything with my bike to telling me about the track. It wrote America all the different opportunities to watch racing be part of racing in Wisconsin. Bacon was extremely helpful and sent me texts pictures reviews different information on everything from seats, pegs, highway, pegs, new mirrors, and went above and beyond anything that you would normally see with a sales person. he went even so far as to keep up with me as I was waiting for a bike that I had ordered letting me know where the bike was and when it would arrive and even help me find people to do the ceramic coating. once the bike arrived at the dealership went over it cleaned it got it set for delivery and delivered it to the shop that I asked them to deliver it to so we can get ceramic before it was ever driven. I got the bike with 2 miles on it, it is an incredible incredible machine the best bike that hardly has ever put out in my opinion. if you wanna buy a bike and you're looking for somebody to help you find what you're looking for for your style of riding for your size for the places you want to go talk with Bacon . He truly went above and beyond what he had to do me out as a customer. I really felt like I was part of the family getting invited to parties. I had a voltage regulator going out 1.5 hours from home. ( They were somewhat on the way home, so I called them to see if they could fix me up? And they told me to come in...) The service dept. diagnosed my complaint and found that it was a faulty voltage regulator. Made me some good popcorn while we waited... They communicated great with what they were doing ( as it could have been several different things that could have given me poor readings. Which i respected! They are just not throwing parts at it!!) The faulty part was replaced, and I was back on my way to the fundraising event 1.5 hrs from home. THANKS, PHIL ( I hope I remembered your name!) Either way, 5 stars! I I always believe there is room for improvements and don't give 5 stars. But they earned it. They did everything right. Thanks you again! John

We had a terrific experience with the service department today. We called from Beloit with voltage regulator issues on our bike, and they said they had the part in stock and a technician available to test the bike and replace the part. Based on the receipt names, Fort & technician "GRF" handled everything professionally and kept us up to speed with the repairs. They completed the work in less than 2 hours & we are very happy customers!!

I have not had a bad experience here. Parts guys are always great. The events they have are at least as good as Harley has down at the museum and you don't have to go to Milwaukee!

Wanted to report an excellent experience I recently had with Wisconsin Harley Davidson in Oconomowoc. Riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles now for over 25 years. Been to numerous Harley Dealerships over the years. Never made a major purchase before at Wisconsin Harley Davidson. Became very interested in a Sportster 1250 S model after taking one out on a demo ride at an event at Wisconsin HD. I wanted to know more but was not looking forward to the uncomfortable process many Dealerships use when selling a motorcycle. I'm sure everyone reading this unfortunately has a story to tell about a bad or difficult experience they had when purchasing a motorcycle or car at a Dealership. I just didn't want to go there again. I explained the situation to a good friend who knows many people in the HD Dealership arena due to himself working at a HD Dealership for many years. He told me to see Erik Bacon at Wisconsin HD. His words were "Erik operates with knowledge and integrity" and he was absolutely correct. I called Erik, introduced myself and said, "I don't want to go through the buying hassles as I've done so many times before; I just need a bottom line number for the bike out the door." Well I got just that almost immediately!! Erik was able to discuss things over the phone and give me numbers he believed would work , including taxes, set up, etc. on both a new 2023 and 2024 model and gave me the option to simply pick the one I wanted. He then followed up with a phone call the very next day to verify the accuracy of his numbers and to see if I had any questions. When I went to see him a few days later, Erik had put time aside just for me as opposed to trying to deal with other customers at the same time. Also upon delivery, Erik made sure that paperwork was ready to go so that I could sign and be out the door in a reasonable amount of time. It became clear that Erik was going to be very respectful of my time during the whole buying process which meant a great deal to me. Since delivery, Erik has followed up with me to see how things are going and if I have any questions. In the end, kind of felt like I made a friend as opposed to simply meeting a sales person!! That's a compliment that I can't say about a lot of people I've encountered who are in the business of selling motorcycles. Not many people go the extra mile like this these days. Overall, I wanted a fair, respectful process and that's exactly what I felt occurred in the end. Again, great purchasing experience. I recommend talking to Erik Bacon at Wisconsin Harley Davidson if you're looking to purchase a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

We’ve done all our regular service with Wis HD and when my husband’s 2010 Softtail had a crack in the frame, Jay the tech found it before we knew there was an issue. Erik in sales helped my husband make a decision on new/used or even moving to a trike. They also helped move many customizations from the old bike to the new, and deal with finding a home for the old unrideable bike. They were patient it’s us thru the whole process and sneered all the questions my husband had.

The facility itself has a great layout, indoor and outdoor. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming…they make you feel like family. I’ve used them for clothing, parts, service and I have 0 complaints here. I’ve also attended several rally’s and other fundraising events here. This is definitely a great destination and right off the freeway.

It definitely was the best decision I made to pick Harley-Davidson riding class. The instructors did an amazing job going over all the information the first day and made it fun, inclusive for the whole class, had me looking forward to the next 2 days of riding practice, did a great job explaining the importance of wearing gear, and being a safe rider. When the riding days came around they didn't discourage us for messing up and they gave us tips to get it right the next time. The whole experience was definitely a 10 out of 10 in every way I would definitely recommend it for other people to take whether they have riding experience or not.

I had an amazing experience buying a bike there. Everyone was very friendly! Erik Bacon, my sales rep took the time to make sure I had the right bike. Erik and Adam watched me ride and made sure I was comfortable on the bikes. I could not be happier with my experience.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. For starters, I live overseas most of the year and return to the States for the summer to ride. After being hit and having my '17 Road Glide Ultra totaled, I had to get a new motorcycle. When I saw the bike I wanted on Wisconsin Harley's website I reached out to Erik Bacon (who I purchased the '17 from) and he was able to get me a '21 Road Glide Limited with low miles at a great price. Between the help from Erik Bacon and Brian Hess, I was able to purchase the bike from Ireland, and it was delivered to my home in Wisconsin the day before I flew back to the states. The staff at Wisconsin Harley are truly willing to jump through hoops to help their customers.  Biggest thanks to Erik Bacon and Brian Hess for all the help and being willing to deal with the headaches of an overseas sale/purchase while doing a spectacular job!

Passed thru Oconomowoc and stopped by Wisconsin Harley Davidson on 600 mile ride a few weeks ago. Of course, I purchased one of their branded poker chips. When I returned home I discovered I lost their chip (probably during a "rain suit pit stop" near Appleton). I reached out to Abi in Motorclothes, told her my story and without hesitation she offered to drop a replacement in the mail. I know, I know, it's only a poker chip, but, for us Harley riders touring the country, it's an important trip souvenir. Thanks, Abi!! Appreciate your hospitality!!
