"I am currently working in Iraq in support of the US Army. We have the ability to purchase new bikes at a pretty good pricepoint through the new car exchange, but I wanted to give back to a local business in Wisconsin. After 39 emails (mostly me changing my mind about what bike or additional parts I wanted) we were able to make a deal that got me the bike and parts I wanted at a price that beat what I could get out here, without the use of a telephone. They held on to the bike for over a month for me and had all the extra parts on it before I picked it up when I came home on leave. There was a small communication issue and the security system was left off, but they took care of that for me without a problem. The only issue I had was that I wasn't able to find the exact items I wanted in the motorclothes department and I had to give my money to another dealership that had it in stock. Crystal was great, however, and spent a lot of time with me helping me find the items I wanted and locating the dealerships that had them in stock. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I'd be hard pressed to find a group of people more dedicated and willing to work with me and my situation. Believe me, I've looked. The only other issue I had with Wisconsin Harley is they did such a good job my better half now wants a motorcycle! Thanks guys!"

"im the guy that broke down on the 105th sat day at noon i was pissed cam support plate, oil pump, in at 3;30 and the mech with the dark sun glasses on (the fonze) told me it would be done to day at closeing time he was 100% right it was done. i was happy .the guys in the back room they were the best. P.S give me a good trade in price on my bike I will buy my next bike there. i want 09 street glide. I will drive the 200 miles. I got service..thanks "

"Shad secured my financing, Drew made it all happen. I purchased a 2003 Low Rider, sight unseen. When I arrived to pick it up, it was sitting outside, completely detailed and looked like it came off the showroom floor. If you get the chance, visit their facility. I purchased boots, glasses and other accessories and from the time I started until I was finished, someone was with me to assure I got the right size and finished by carrying my purchase to the cashier. "I want to thank everybody at Wisconsin Harley who helped me with the purchase of my 2003 Dyna Wide Glide, especially Jeff and Shadrack. Everybody was so pleasant to deal with and there were no games and no presure for add-ons or extended warranty. Although I usually don't buy extended warrantys, I did purchase one from Harley because I felt it was a good value. In negotiating for the purchase of my bike, Jeff was professional and fair. I got a very good deal with none of the non-sense that usually goes along with the purchase of a big ticket item. Shadrack was great in getting the title to me quickly. They accomadated me with everything I needed. Wisconsin H-D runs their business the way a business should be run, servicing their customers. My only complaint is that they are not in New Jersey. "I met Keith on the phone and WOW!, Keith is an excellant salesman. He listens to what you need and doesnt try to sell you something you dont need. He looked across the country for an obsolete part for my bike and couldnt find one but came up with the next best thing. I understand he is new to you folks but you should know he is doing an excellant job. I am a Regional Manager for a multi Billion dollar company and folks like him don't come along very often. You are very lucky to have him working for you and I hope he continues with your dealership. I certainly will be will be doing my ordering with him and understand, I go to many dealer ships in the states but he has certainly been the nicest guy I have met in the accessories or parts field. "I bought a Harley on E-bay from this dealership. Through our phone conversations, I found them to be helpful and friendly. They handled the transaction quickly. Following delivery I discovered that the bike’s previous owner had installed substandard handlebars, making it unsafe to ride and ruining some wiring. This dealership worked with my local H-D dealer to rectify the problem at their expense. I was really impressed with their integrity and I highly recommend them."
